In accordance with the European Union (Household Food Waste and Bio-Waste) Regulations 2015 KeyGreen provides a brown bin food waste collection service to our customers in the CCD. As per the regulations it is mandatory for householders to segregate their food waste. In order to avail of our brown bin service please contact the KeyGreen Management Ltd. domestic customer service team on (01) 4299846 or email info@keygreen.ie, providing your name, address, contact telephone number and email address.
Customers in the CCD must present waste bags for collection between 5.30pm and 7.00pm on your designated collection day, as per the CCD collection map. Please note waste presented after 7.00pm may be left uncollected with the risk of fines being issued by Dublin City Council.
