During the lead-up to Christmas, we will be busy raising funds for the Capuchin Day Centre for Homeless People which was founded by Brother Kevin Crowley in 1969 for the relief of poverty and the hardship endured by homeless people.
Several of our waste trucks have been fitted with Christmas lights. When these trucks drive through the streets of Dublin City, they bring joy to those who are commuting in and out of work, Christmas shopping, attending family and work parties. By donating to the Capuchin Day Centre, KeyGreen will pay forward the joy the Christmas trucks will generate to help those who are impacted by food poverty, homelessness and social disadvantage.
To engage our community, we are running a colouring draw! We’re inviting our followers to download our KeyGreen Capuchin Day Centre colouring page below, encourage little ones to colour it, and upload their finished masterpieces back to us. For every submission received, we will donate €10 to the Capuchin Day Centre. Each entry will also be entered into a draw to win a Smyths Toy Store voucher! Plus, if you share our Christmas Lights Campaign social media posts, we will donate an additional €2 to the Capuchin Day Centre.
